National Fitness Day is a chance to highlight and raise the awareness of a healthier lifestyles through being physical active, bringing people together and to positively impact on all our physical, mental and social wellbeing.

Competition is open to all from the ages of 18 and upwards, printed T Shirts provided to contestants.
